The casino on the river

Caesars Windsor stands at 377 Riverside Drive East, on the Detroit River waterfront. It faces the Detroit skyline, near the Canadian end of the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. The permanent riverfront resort opened on July 29, 1998, and the name Caesars Windsor arrived on June 19, 2008.
Since March 3, 2026, Caesars Entertainment has operated the resort on behalf of OLG under a 20-year agreement. The casino floor is open 24/7. Holiday hours should be checked on the casino's own page at caesars.com/caesars-windsor, which also lists contacts. The toll-free line is 1-800-991-7777.
